I’m Debbie — a marketer, SEN advocate, and mum to two amazing neurodivergent teens.
Gentle Growth Hub was born from both personal experience and professional passion. After years spent navigating the education and mental health system for my children, I saw how hard it can be to access clear, supportive, and realistic tools — both for families and the organisations working to help them.
With a background in marketing, communications, and brand strategy, I knew I could bring something different to the table: calm, thoughtful, empathy-led support that meets people where they are — and helps them move forward with confidence.

Why I Started Gentle Growth Hub
At its heart, this business was created to do one thing: support the people behind every child.
That means parents, educators, therapists, charities, CICs and small businesses working with children and young people with special educational needs. You care deeply about what you do — but often feel stretched, overwhelmed, or unsure how to communicate the value of your work. I’m here to change that.
Everything I offer is grounded in respect, flexibility, and lived experience. Whether you’re a family navigating a tough transition or a SEN-focused organisation trying to launch a new service, I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped.
